Kuzukiri
Kuzukiri, a traditional Japanese dessert, is made by adding water to kuzu flour, then heating and cooling to set it. It is commonly topped with brown sugar syrup or roasted soybean flour. Our Kuzukiri is combined with fruit and fruit juices to create a modern product full of refreshing flavor. More than 30 years have passed since its initial launch. Eating this unique dessert with chopsticks makes it a quaint experience of Japanese culture. The balanced flavors of sweet and sour compliment the cool, smooth texture of Kuzukiri noodles. Kuzukiri also makes a great gift.
